The Witch and the Widows

By BetterInTexas

Chapter 19:

Hello everyone. This is not a new chapter. No need to comment unless you have questions which I will answer. I made this to give everyone basic information about the Red Widows and their world. As the story continues and more characters are added, this chapter will be updated and I will make a note before the chapter to refer back to 19 if interested. This is very basic but hopefully helpful if you have any questions. Have a great weekend!

Notes

The names for the widows are purposely without last names. The widows have gone through many identities and while their first names have stayed the same, their last names have not. They are likely not sure of their birthdays other than Red Room records taken before its demolition. Some widows like Melina Vostokoff, Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova have been give the same name over and over and believe it is their true name but have no way of being certain.

Enemies are based on known and unknown. For instance Norman Osborn knows the Red Widows are after AIM while someone like Wilson Fisk does not know he is a target because of their affiliation with Eleanor Bishop.

Characters like Vision are ambivalent now. Allies listed are people both Wanda and Yelena trust. Yelena does not trust Vision, so he is not considered an ally. Wanda does not know or trust all the Avengers like Sam Wilson and James Rhodes and still considers Stark and those who are loyal to him a threat, despite the help he has provided in liberation of the Red Room. That does not make them enemies but also does not make them allies.

The list will be updated and statuses changed as the story progresses.
